Foodie Blog Feature

This blog, Can You Stay For Dinner?, is a really interesting read. Besides the great recipes, the author has spent some time writing about her experience losing 135 pounds - how she exercises, how she maintains, how she sees herself, past and present. It's worth taking some time to look at her perspective on relationships with can tell she loves it, but now she loves her body just as much - and it's reflected in the way she chooses and cooks her food.
